A soft, spreadable goat cheese with a clean, tangy flavor, balanced by garlic and fresh chives. Smooth and easy to work with, it’s perfect as a spread, dip, or part of a cheese board.

Made from milk of Saanen, Alpine, and Nubian goats, raised on pasture and fed a carefully prepared, non-GMO diet. During the warmer months, goats graze fresh grass daily; in winter, they are fed dry hay along with a custom blend of whole grains and minerals.

The result is a cheese that reflects the quality of its source — simple, honest, and full of flavor.
